Water-soluble immunoactive polysaccharide

Yeast glucan molecular structure
The molecular structure of yeast glucan was analyzed by means of IR, NMR and HPLC. The analysis results showed that yeast glucan has B-1,3-glucan as the main chain and contains a small amount of B-1. 6-glucan is a polysaccharide with a branched structure, in which β-1,3 bonds account for more than 85%, and the molecular weight is approximately 500-1000KD.
