The forms of selenium in selenium rich yeast:
Inorganic selenium, selenomethionine, and selenocysteine in selenium rich yeast were analyzed using HPLC-ICP-MS at the CNRS laboratory in France. The detection results of different batches showed that organic selenium mainly existed in selenomethionine and selenocysteine, and no inorganic selenium was detected. The specific results are shown in the table below.
